- Container of yogurt (add a little fruit or nuts and honey)
- Rice cake (add some almond butter or a little soft cheese)
- Organic raw nuts (a handful is the perfect portion)
- Fresh fruit (one of your BEST snack choices!!!)
- String cheese (kids love this, but it also makes a great snack for adults)
- Popcorn (try hot-air popped or make on the stove with olive oil for best results)
